All over Tumblr I see stuff saying thick/fat girls should be adored or that you should appreciate women regardless of size, porn involving chubby girls and skinny guys and all that and that’s great it is. However, chubby/fat/big guys, whatever ya wanna call them, need love and appreciation too. So here’s your post guys. Y'all rock!!
A few days ago I posted this thinking it wouldn’t get many notes but hoping Tumblr could prove me wrong. Surely they could as something as simple as “appreciate a woman’s curves” can get thousands of notes overnight. It’s at 64 notes after days of being up. This is what I hate about Tumblr and really society in general. We ask ourselves why there are so many men who are afraid to approach women, where all the “good guys” are and such and we can’t even get a post for body positivity for guys to make the rounds? I’ve seen likes on it but no reblogs? Is this not good enough to be on your Tumblr? Guess what people? The majority of men, even here on Tumblr aren’t the 6-pack abs, bearded, tattooed body builders you all go crazy over. Heck, I’m willing to bet many pretending to be on here aren’t. They’re your everyday guy with a belly or overweight just like all the girls who have “curves”. Tumblr disappointed me and it’s a damn shame men can’t get the same treatment women do.
